Actes du colloque RIIJ (Réseau International de l’Innovation en Justice) organisé les 15 et 16 novembre 2023 à la Chambre Nationale des Commissaires de Justice.
Le Réseau International de l’Innovation en Justice (RIIJ) est un forum francophone né du partenariat entre l’Institut québécois de réforme du droit et de la justice (IQRDJ) et l’Institut des études et de la recherche sur le droit et la justice (IERDJ). Le premier Rendez-vous international de l’innovation en Justice, qui s’est tenu les 15 et 16 novembre 2023 à la Chambre nationale des commissaires de justice, est la première concrétisation du partenariat entre l’IERDJ et l’IQRDJ. Ce colloque avait l’ambition d’explorer les transformations de la justice. Il visait à examiner l’émergence, le déploiement et la diffusion des innovations en s’intéressant notamment à leur dynamique, à leurs effets et aux horizons qu’elles ouvrent. Ce colloque scientifique multidisciplinaire a réuni une vingtaine d’universitaires du monde entier.

The International Network for Innovation in Justice (RIIJ in french) is a French-speaking forum born from the partnership between the Quebec Institute for the Reform of Law and Justice (IQRDJ) and the Institute of Studies and Research on Law and Justice (IERDJ). The first International Meeting of Innovation in Justice, which was held on November 15 and 16, 2023 at the National Chamber of Justice Commissioners, is the first realization of the partnership between the IERDJ and the IQRDJ. This conference aimed to explore the transformations of justice. It aimed to examine the emergence, deployment and diffusion of innovations by focusing in particular on their dynamics, their effects and the horizons they open up. This multidisciplinary scientific conference brought together around twenty academics from around the world.
